Make a booking enquiry by e-mail or call with your choice of dates and the number of people (adults and children) and your choice for the barn or the farmhouse. We will then reply and confirm availability and provide a provisional booking.

Complete the booking confirmation form,
print it out, sign it and return it to us with your deposit cheque/transfer of Euro 150 or equivalent.

What happens next?
Upon clearance of your deposit you will receive a confirmation which is a formal acceptance of your booking, detailing the amount received, the weeks to be let, the house concerned, the balance to be paid and the due date for payment.
If the commencement date of your rental period is less than two months, full payment including the security deposit is required immediately, otherwise the balance of the monies is due two months before the commencement date of your rental period.
If you fail to pay the balance on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep your deposit. The security deposit is Euro 150 or equivalent.
Once the balance of the monies including the security deposit has been received, instructions are sent to you as to how to get to the property (together with a map). All other practical information will be found in the house.
At the end of your stay any comments you may have regarding the various amenities would be appreciated. There is a guest book for this purpose. Upon inspection of the house at the end of your stay your security deposit is returned or settled against incurred damages.
