Rates based on a maximum of 8 guests for the farmhouse and 6 guests for the barn include bed linens (but not towels), kitchen equipment and cooking gas, electricity, hot water, as well as regular maintenance not caused by a guest's negligence. For heating of the pool (generally not required from June - August) there is an extra charge of Euro 10,- per day. Winter heating costs of the barn are as per usage. Guests must specify the number in their party and adhere strictly to that commitment. Departing guests are responsible for leaving the house in "move-in" condition for following parties.
